The challenge
Commercial real estate loans involve many parties, documents and deadlines — from the first quote to servicing the loan for years after closing. Greystone needed one portal that works for borrowers as well as its internal teams, with the security and reliability a financial institution requires.
What we did
- Joined Greystone’s product team as a long-term front-end partner, shipping features from design through release.
- Built and redesigned parts of the deal workflow — tasks, comments, notes and task templates — so everyone involved in a deal sees what is next.
- Developed loan servicing features for borrowers, including self-service forms, payments set-up, statements and documents.
- Worked on the admin tools used by internal teams to manage users, roles and access.
- Expanded unit and end-to-end test coverage and sped up the test pipeline in CI.
The result
