What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and budget range, and your message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer.

We also collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type) with an analytics tool we host ourselves, to improve the website.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact form data on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and delete it at the latest two years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

Who receives the data

Messages from the contact form are delivered to our internal Slack workspace. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
